We visited the Fat Noodle by chance on a night out with friends to the casino! We hadn't eaten dinner and decided to get something to eat before having a few drinks and was told by our friends that the Fat Noodle made some good food.They weren't wrong! The Fat Pho was delicious.. I was quite a large bowl, so I wasn't quite able to finish the whole thing! The Salt and Pepper Tofu was amazing... especially for someone like me who has only recently started eating Tofu. Admittedly, the bill was $72 for just myself and my husband each having a bowl of fat Pho, sharing the Tofu and having one beer each... so it was on the bit of the pricey side but given the portion size, you could justify the spe...

We are regulars at the Fat Noodle in Brisbane and as we were visiting Sydney we were looking forward to trying the Sydney restaurant which is supposedly the "signature" Luke Nguyen restaurant. This Sydney restaurant does not have the atmosphere or style of the Brisbane one and the food is not as good. The Pho noodle dish was good but the pepper beef with Asian greens was quite disappointing. I had recommended the dish to my daughter based on my experience with this dish in Brissy but my daughter did not enjoy it - so I swapped meals with her and I have to say it was bland, dry and the beef not tender. My wife had the chicken Pad Thai which was "ok".Overall it was nice ...

My problem with this place is that it is inconsistent. Normally their Pad Thai would be finished off with crushed peanuts, coriander, bean shoots and a lemon wedge. Today I got my Pad Thai with NONE of these things. It was just like any old stir fried rice noodles. Very disappointing and not the first time. Quality control is in short supply here. Food is good most of the time, but its inconsistency which happens every second time we visit really lets this restaurant down. And unfortunately, I got the takeaway version so its not like I can just ask them to fix it :( So over it.

Most restaurants open around 5.30, however, the fat noodle is open very long hours,which is good if you want to eat after the matinee show.Four of us shared a few dishes, all were very good, especially the salmon sashimi!It was so good, we ordered a second one!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Have been to Fat Noodle now on a number of occasions for both lunch and dinner. The food is always fresh and tasty, always a good spot if you need a quick meal! The staff are always happy to help with any request

Very busy on a Saturday night but the waitress was brilliant and ensured us it wont be too long. She was right, seated fast. Food was brilliant and different. Plenty to chose from. I will be back

We ordered pho, laksa and fried rice. All amazing. Yum yum yum. Service was great when seated but after that, we were forgotten about. We can't wait to go back to order the pho!

This place is great for a late night feed After drinks at the house/club, it's a go to spot that's open late.
