Chez Diem is the real deal! On a rather cold night we felt like a hot soup would be in order, so we visited this Vietnamese Restaurant in old town. You cannot drive to it as it is a tiny side street but an open parking lot is just 50m away offering plenty of spaces. I had the Poh with beef that came with short egg noodles in a rich broth.
