BYOB is easy as the restaurant is in the same strip mall as Ramsey liquors. Portions are large, the service is great and we've never had a bad experience with our meals. It does get very busy. And there are always families with young children if dining on the earlier side of the evening. When we've gone after 7:30pm, there were significantly less little ones. Favale’s Trattoria is truly a hidden gem. This place may be pricy, but every ingredient is fresh. My half-Italian grandfather said quote “this is the most fresh antipasto I’ve ever had.” The antipasto had very fresh mozzarella, aged parmigiano, dry sausage, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and olives. As a local resident of Mahwah, I can confidently say that I've sampled nearly every pizza joint in the area and its nearby cities. Ronnie G’s stands out as one of the best pizza places I've ever visited. The food is incredibly delicious and made by hand. The pizza arrives promptly and at just the right temperature. They offer a diverse selection of pizzas along with other Italian dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, even when it’s busy. It's a great spot for a family meal or to treat yourself to a slice of cake. I highly recommend checking this place out!
We are regular customers, both in the restaurant and take-out/delivery. Put in an order two nights ago for pickup, but they told us it would be an hour, so I cancelled. Put in an order tonight for delivery, and they said it would be 30 minutes. It's now nearly ninety minutes later and still no food. I called and they told me it would be another 10 minutes before the food left the restaurant, but no apology.

Since they switched to a thin cardboard crust for their pizza, we no longer go there. My daughter gave it another shot about a week ago, but she found the wings to be tasteless and the pizza terrible. It's such a shame because we used to really enjoy their food and appreciated it as a nice change of pace for dining out.
My fiancé and I stumbled upon this restaurant while heading to the Catskills, and we couldn't be happier that we did! We found it randomly on Google, and it was a great find. The service was outstanding, and the pizza was absolutely incredible! We will definitely be back.

I order delivery here all the time. The food is great. The service is also amazing. The delivery man who always delivers our food is truly the kindest person ever.
As someone who was born and raised in NYC, I can honestly say I haven't tasted pizza this incredible since my childhood. This place is truly a hidden gem.
