I have not been to Fazolis in quite a while because it always seemed so dark and drab, and dirty inside. Today I was blown away! The minute we walked in, we were impressed. I have always enjoyed the food at Fazolis, but now it is even better! I was eating from a BOWL and not a thin black plastic thing, or a paper plate. Real silverware, fresh grated Parmesan shredded at the table for my alfredo. That leads me to the staff... outstanding and friendly, recommended the creamy basil sauces, it's amazing. If there were 10 stars I would rate it a 10! It is now back on my radar as the place to get great food fast!
I haven't had Fazolis in years! We needed lunch asap. We went through the drive-thru. The employee was very professional, attentive, and precise. (Around 2pm) We had a full afternoon of a family meeting due to my dear daddy passing away, a week ago. We ordered a large spaghetti with extra meat sauce, add meatballs and mushrooms. A small fettuccine Alfredo add mushrooms, 6 breadsticks, and a chicken carbonara. Everything was very fresh! The only complaint is that if you want all your pasta to have sauce, add EXTRA. Other than that, it was very good . Olive Garden is beneath Fazolis, in my opinion.
I was there too late for lunch. Eating was amazing and perfectly cooked, but the only complaint I have is that a manager Patrick screamed at other works. I tried to hear what he said, and I just couldn't believe I heard what I heard! He wanted to do his job. I don't know exactly what I just heard he screamed and cuddled to employees. I eat here all the time and it was one of the worst experiences I had!! Please fix that. Thank the Lord for not being children in the store.
Service was great, I just wish I had gotten what I paid for. For what I spent I could have went to Olive Garden. When we got home I noticed the large dipping sauce felt light and it was only half full. My husband's marinara dipping sauce was also the same way. Didn't even have enough to use on his mozzarella skewers. Service was decent and that's the only reason I am giving 2 stars.

Food is fine but I almost never come here because the drive thru has an automated voice that fails to understand what I want every time. I've attempted every way of speaking clearly and slowly and a worker always has to intervene. If this is a corporate mandated thing please tell them it does not work. It discourages me from coming here.
Delicious food, but you have to pay extra for breadsticks through the drive thru when they are unlimited inside… AND they just launched a freaking robot to take your drive thru order. “I didn’t get that” “can you repeat that again” making ordering soooo much more difficult than it needs to be.
Usually I love fazolis. This time though it is a disappointment. Frozen chicken, old noodles, most likely canned tomato sauce (or the sauce has been sitting out for 4+ hours and possibly in a fridge). Pizza and breadsticks both also old and been sitting out for a while.
The food was really good. I had the fatuccine Alfredo, Lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. It was very good, the only complaint was that they gave me only 1 meatball. The only delivery is through the Dash door and the charging of each product and have shipping costs.

Nice place to grab some Italian food at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and the order was ready within minutes. The food tasted fresh and was as good as expected; breadsticks were super salty.
The food is very good and the bread sticks are fantastic! Come here more often!
