Went to the drive-thru this evening around 6:20 pm. No one in front of us, and only one customer car parked for the dining room (so needless to say, they weren 't busy). Arrived at the ordering kiosk, was greeted by a male voice that said, Welcome to Fazoli 's, we 'll be with you in just a minute. Starting FIVE minutes later, we began saying, Hello, is anyone there? into the microphone. No response. After an additional two minutes, we drove off. As we went around the building we saw one car parked at the pick-up window and at least four employees inside. If this is what their customer service has become, it 's no wonder they are never busy.
