Die Organisation war ein wenig holperig am Anfang (Wintergarten wäre für eine kleinere Gruppe aufgeteilt worden, damit 2 Gruppen Platz haben) - da wir aber dann doch mit der gesamten Familie heiraten wollten, war dies kein Thema mehr. Das Personal ist sehr flexible (plötzlich wurden es doch mehr Gäste als besprochen). Der Koch hat uns super beraten und mit uns gemeinsam eine Karte (Buffet) zusammen gestellt.Deko und mitgebrachter Kuchen durften wir am Vorabend vorbei bringen. preiskalkulation back or forth, it is definitiw too expensive to eat in this restaurant. salate average 12/13 euro. with a comparatively favorable use of goods-slight, partly finished products, economical portions (without being greedy), expensively bought, even more expensive sold. service friendly, but unprofessional and inattentive, except for asiate and a young lady. btw: a new drink also always belongs a new glass.Some things have noticed that are not bad, but do not justify the price. atmosphere good, location good. come back yes, but only to drink.
In jedem Fall ein tolle, gemütliches Ambiente (ALTBAU !). Hier kann man gemütlich ein oder 2 Bierchen trinken und ein wenig "Unterlage schaffen". Die Qualität der Speisen ist (subjektiv) leider eher Mittelmaß was das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis betrifft. Hier wäre noch Potential vorhanden. Dennoch ein gerne immer wieder insbesondere weil ich es wirklich gemütlich finde (und die ungenutzten Potenitale ggü. dem Ambiente für mich im Hintergrund stehen)
We were there at Christmas time. It was beautifully decorated and you immediately felt comfortable. The service staff was consistently friendly. The children were also very well received. The food was good and came very quickly, even though there was a lot to do due to the holidays. The portions are sufficient. It is definitely a restaurant that can be recommended.

... we had 14 classmates yesterday, in a fully occupied local! I was quite surprised how good and fast the service worked and that we didn't have to wait long for the food! Delicious foods and also servings, of which you could get fed! :) soon again, even if only two and everlasting.
Immer wieder gerne gehe ich in die Felsenmühle. Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut top, Service freundlich und flott, Essen schmackhaft. Grosser Parkplatz anbei und Anfahrt von Westen kommend mit dem Fahrrad über den Radweg der stillgelegten Bahntrasse gut möglich.
next to the cozy locality (incl. beautiful beer garden) the rock mill convinces with friendly and accommodating service. the menu also keeps something ready for everyone. in our case two tasty salads. and all too moderate preisen. a visit is definitely worth it.
For years it has been a good address for home cooking or simply a sociable evening with friends, although I prefer the cozy, rustic interior space more than the sterile-looking winter garden .
