Pretty good tea and tasty cakes. I tried all their different cake flavors and they were all quite good. We only couldn't finish the durian flavor, not because it was bad, but because I can't eat too much durian without getting sick of it.

Came Monday noon for a dragonfruit tea (refreshing) and popcorn chicken (crispy, hot and well-seasoned). Wasn't busy at all and service was good. Lots of seating and modern inside. Hope to be back again soon to try other items.

Has a lot of tea options. I've ordered multiple times here and the quality of the tea has been pretty consistent. The interior is very nice and clean.

We tried their taro cake and dirty boba and it was too good! Definitely recommend this place
