Nice little Italian restaurant on the Josef-Gorres Platz square. (about blocks from the river, blocks total from the Deutsches Eck) Indoor and outdoor seating available. We had their thin crust pizzas. (The menu showed prices for individual pizzas, and a statement that they...all could be ordered as large for Euro more). 'large' pizzas (which were about an American medium pizza) served for lunch for of us. Friendly wait staff. The staff primarily spoke German, but there was no problem in communicating the order.

beautiful small Italian restaurant at Josef-Gorres square. (about 2 blocks from the river, a total of 5 blocks from the German eck) inside and outside seats are available. we had their thin crust pizzas. (the menu showed prices for individual pizzas, and a statement that they could all be ordered as large for 2 euro more). 2 large pizzas (which were about an American medium pizzeria) served for lunch for 3 of us. the personal spoke mainly German, but there was no problem communicating the order.

We ate there for the first time today. There is a nice atmosphere, cozy Italian flair. The staff was very friendly. We had bruschetta with peppers as a starter, pizza salami and misto di pasta as our main course. Everything was very tasty and a good portion size too. All in all, we were very satisfied and would happily come back at any time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30

we visited in the august, beautifully sitting outside on the goerresplatz. for the great location the prices are very reasonable, they say €8 for lasagne, €10 for spaghetti with seafood. service is nice, but a little slow, no problem. we have visited koblenz often and eaten here often. eating is always nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. great place to eat. in the summer it is nice to sit outside. I'm happy to eat here again.

The waiter had attitude, spoke poor English and seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. He seemed very unwelcoming. Food was nice but not as nice as other places we had eaten on this trip.
