I happened to be in the area, so I decided to try Ferraro's in Parsippany. It certainly lived up to my expectations! I ordered the Frank Sinatra sandwich, which includes fried eggplant, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, arugula, and their homemade Italian dressing. The eggplant was wonderfully tender, and the mozzarella was exquisite. The dressing was fantastic and truly made the sandwich special. I would definitely recommend this place. The portion was generous enough for both lunch and dinner.
Stumbled upon this place while out riding the Harley. I live in Parsippany and didn't even know this place existed and was extremely happy I stopped in. My first sandwich was the sloppy Italian and it was awesome! Every thing else I've ordered since,has been 5 star. Great family run business with extremely friendly service. My wife and I are now hooked on this place. Keep itup!

The sandwich was delicious but average. I didn 't taste any love . It was slightly dry but satisfied my hunger. I 'd try it again but would order something different.

Stopped in and ordered some dinner to go. Eggplant parm and chicken parm. Both were good. Sauce was tasty, would try more thing and sandwiches on next trip
I haven't sampled their Italian specialties yet, but their sandwiches are absolutely delicious!
