Fhior - Reservar una mesa

eating is nothing but sublime. had the 10-speed menu and it was absolutely worth it. really interesting dishes they want to leave, only the little lit piece more. each court was very well balanced. special highlights were the quid,- lauch,- celeriac,- dorsch and lamb dishes. also the smoked egg yolk is divine and I wish I knew how to make one. service was good as expected and the dining room has a very nice atmosphere. I am a special fan of some of the rather embarrassing works of art. my only improvement would be to shorten the time between the curses, as it is a very long culinary experience when they have the ten cursor meal.

lit with my first experience eating in fhior for lunch with some friends. we went to the 4-course tasting session. one of us had a gluten and milk compatibility and another person was vegan. the team has taken care of us without fuss and all loved their dishes. the service was friendly, warm and efficient. I can't wait to go back. thanks to the fabulous team of fhior.

we had a faultless lunch in fhior. the restaurant is simple but beautifully decorated; the scurry is charming and tactile; the service was polished, thrilled and incredibly polite and eating delicious, beautifully presented and complex enough for me to know that I could never come close to replicate it home. we look forward to returning as soo as we are in edinburgh.

the most amazing eating, drinking and service! I myself, my friend and his mother had the most fantastic experience at fhior. we went for the 7-course menu with the wine tasting each dish was unique and tasty! would highly recommend fhior and will definitely return in our next visit to edinburgh.

I would have given it 6 stars if I could. Fabulous food and impeccable service! All 10 courses were excellent. Chef really understands how to put flavors together. Bravo!
