Customer service was not great. I first tried to order online. A few minutes after submitting my order, an employee called and completely canceled my order because they didn't have one of the items that I wanted. After failing to find another place to eat, I walked in and placed a takeout order in person. The hostess wasn't very friendly, but my food arrived fairly quickly which was good. I just don't think I'd eat here again. I ordered the seafood gumbo, which was very underwhelming. It was basically all broth (more like a soup), with tons of celery and barely any seafood. We were looking for a place to eat nearby before going to see Hamilton, but everywhere had long wait times. We came across this restaurant thanks to its nearly empty parking lot and decided to give it a try without knowing what to expect. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our dining experience during our trip to South Carolina! The menu offered a wide variety of options, and everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and seasoned. You absolutely have to try the beignets—they're the best I've ever had! The staff was incredibly friendly, and our food arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
North Charleston Location (Tanger Outlets)....Hostess didn't even acknowledge us. The music was blaring where I had to raise my voice to have a conversation across the table. The music was rap/ hip hop switching between local radio station to a connected phone or device and inappropriate for restaurant atmosphere. The TVs in the bar was set to BET instead of more inclusive sports programming. This is all before the food... SALTY... I mean face puckering SALTY. My wife used the restroom and said it was disgusting. If I could rate 0 stars this would get it. The worst I have seen in a restaurant in my life.
Don 't do it! Absolutely the worst seafood we 've ever had. The only flavor on the food was salt. My sister 's mussels weren 't opened in her seafood bag. The children had 2 different types of fries on their plates. They didn 't eat their food. We didn 't eat half of what we ordered to include leaving a half glass of the margarita .The empty parking lot on a Friday afternoon in a mall area should have been all the warning we needed. You 've been warned ??

We had an excellent experience with Greg’s outstanding service and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried to dine in last night but were informed that there was a staffing shortage, resulting in a wait time of over an hour, so we opted to eat somewhere else. However, we’re really glad we gave them another chance—it was totally worth it! I highly recommend this place, 10/10!
1st time there and first time sitting in a restaurant in a while. I already knew the steamed bags and Oysters on the half shell are very delicious. My Son had 2 dozen Oysters on the half shell delivered on Mother's Day ????. I had the jumbo shrimp basketon this visit and the shrimp had a lite batter and very tasty. I will be returning or having them Deliver ????
I’m not a fan of seafood, so I opted for the chicken tenders basket, and it was fantastic! The Cajun fries were delicious too. The hush puppies were just okay, but the dipping sauce for the tenders was amazing!
The food was incredible and worth every penny! I even had the option to add a piece of fish, which was a great touch. The customer service was excellent, too. I would definitely love to return!

Food was good but confusing. 1/3 crawfish boil 1/3 American and 1/3 Asian. Service was great up until fight broke out (some of the regulars don't like crying babies).
Our server was fantastic, but the food was just average. I don't think I'll be returning. Feel free to judge for yourself based on the food photos I took.
