Fiesta Barbecue Bibingka

Liempo is one of my favorite dishes of all time so when I spotted a photo on Yelp with Javanese rice , I quickly made my way to Filipino town since delivery wasn't an option . Called in my order which was ready when I got there greeted by welcoming staff . Tempted to try all the other entrees which took a lot of self discipline ! Had to try the original bibingka which I haven't had for years. Fiesta BBQ did not disappoint. Liempo plate came with traditional atchara sauce plus soup (egg drop? at a reasonable price . Appreciate the secure packing so dinner made it home without a spill . Serving was enough for one person . Meat was grilled perfectly had just the right amount of fat , thoughtful...

Fiesta is very quiet has a calm vibe to it. The cashier was sweet, very helpful with all the questions my group and I had. The food left us wanting more. It was fresh, tasted amazing and very filling. If you are looking for good protein dishes this is the place. The veggies were also perfectly cooked.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Tuna Belly along with bibingka. The combo included soup, tuna belly, and java rice for just $13. The food was fresh and flavorful. I was so pleased with the tuna belly that I decided to order the pork liempo as well!
