Fiesta Mexican - Reservar una mesa

We were there on Thursday June 6th. The server was not very attentive to out booth (of 6 people). Each time we wanted something we had to go find him. The food was very good. We camp there every June so on Thursday we go out to eat. Service was bad so his tip was not very much. As we were leaving he followed us out the door and hollered hey you forgot your change. I said it was the tip so he crumbled it up in a ball and threw at my face. My tip to him is get a different job. If we do come back next year and he is still there he will not be out waiter!!

The food is pretty good. The service is very slow. We have been there twice, both times the people were not waited on in order of seating. One group came in after us, ordered and were out before us. They also need to install sound buffers as it is very noisy. This is a new restaurant so hopefully they will get organized and continue to improve the environment.

Foodie here, and Fiesta is the BEST mexican restaurant around! Paloma Chili Verde! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu! Beautiful restaurant, awesome staff, delicious food...it's a trifecta! Vegetarian options: Just request and they will accommodate!

The carnitas were juicy and delicious. Just what we needed for lunch on our bike ride on the RRVT. Look forward to coming back and dining on the patio.
