So today I'm down in Colo Springs to take my pup to the vet and needed a place to work while I wait! We're turning around. Large bright room on the corner. Staff are sweet. The latte was delicious. The Granola was amazing!!!! It looks like ice cream with blows I thought super fun. Big portion. I really appreciate that the yogurt is not sweet I like sweet yogurt with sweet granola so it was perfectly balanced! Everything so far was lovely. If I stay for lunch, I'll report back to other foods.
This is my favorite spot among all the places I’ve tried. They make their own syrups in-house, and the atmosphere is lovely! I especially enjoy the brown sugar and honey lavender syrups. If you prefer more herbal flavors, like rosemary or lavender, this is definitely the place for you. They also offer some great homemade gluten-free options. However, if you're looking for a cafe with thousands of flavor choices for your coffee or sugar-free sweeteners, this may not be the right spot for you.
This charming little coffee shop is a delight! We visited on a snowy day and tried their avocado toast and chai tea. Despite the chilly weather, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The fun atmosphere featured great music, lovely decor, and plenty of seating options. The food was absolutely delicious and made for a perfect snack on a cold day.
It took me three visits to finally try the granola bowl, and WOW, it might just be my new favorite snack! The coffee is excellent, the ambiance is lovely, and they offer a variety of beans (thanks for having a decaf option!). The food is fantastic as well, with plenty of healthy, gluten-free choices. This has become my favorite place to work!
Our favorite coffee place. Everything is always 100% and each time I come and get my fave it always tastes the same no matter if you go to this location or the hillside location. Hillside also had a park in the back perfect for take the kiddos if you have any. The staff is amazing as well! Best coffee in the Springs!
