I had an unsatisfactory experience with Ruth when I tried to cancel my order just a few minutes after placing it. She informed me that it was too late to cancel and that I would have to wait for the package to arrive before I could return it. To make matters worse, the item didn't even ship until the next day! I cannot recommend this restaurant.
