Finca - Reservar una mesa

I really enjoyed Finca. The food is a unique spin on Spain Spanish food. Everything I tried was good, if not unique. I only tried the pintxos and tapas, but the flavor was good and presentation was fun. Sitting outside on a beautiful late spring day was great, but they didn’t quite seem to know how to handle the rain and things being wet. They also got suuuuuper busy and were light on the help, so there were tables waiting for 15-30 minutes before addressed. I get it, it’s a tight market and we’re all still learning post-pandemic. My feedback would be to train the hostesses and food runners how to help or better handle things when the servers are crushed and make it feel more, I don’t know,...

Really great experience at Finca! We made a reservation and were seated promptly. The restaurant is VERY small, so reservations are necessary. We ordered lots of small plates and three entrees. We ordered the calamares, croqueta, and coles de bruselas and they were all great. The brussel sprouts were sooooo good! For entrees, we had the paella de Valenciana, costilla (braised short rib), and Vieiras (scallops). Now, the paella was good, the braised short rib was delicious, but the scallops? AMAZINGGGGG! It is SOOOOO hard to get the cook on scallops just right- where you bite into them and they delicately melt in your mouth. Finca achieved just that!!! I have had scallops at plenty of places...

The building is hard to find and a bit quirky. I like quirky and unusual instead of a box. The food and service is OUTSTANDING! Wonderful mixture of flavors. All of the staff we met were very attentive and helpful. You should make a reservation then take your time while here. Don’t rush. It will be a memorable evening.

Finca is unbelievable. The atmosphere, the accommodating staff, the superb food... Really one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. It is a beautiful, intimate restaurant with reasonably priced tapas that are all bold and unique but can still compliment the overall style really well. Great date night spot!

This was my first time visiting Finca, and it was fantastic. The ambiance was charming, despite the slightly chilly weather outside. The cold didn't affect our overall enjoyment. The variety of tapas we tried was extensive and every dish exceeded our expectations.

We loved the shared plates at Finca, and we tried over a dozen of them. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Our server was so fun and gave great recommendations, including the wine. We had the best time and can't wait to return!

This restaurant has some of the best food and wine we've had in a long time. We highly recommend it. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and can't wait to visit more this summer.
