I decided to stop in because Whole Foods didn’t have the wine I was looking for. The store is nice but the woman working the counter this morning was miserable and rude. She was very condescending to me while I was struggling with the card reader. She needs some customer service training.
Beautiful place nice and clean cashier was very rude older lady I’m very respectful of my elders but when she placed my receipt on the counter instead of in my hand that mad me hot I looked her in her eyes and still said thank you and have a nice day … will not be returning
This restaurant is a good choice, but the layout is a bit strange. If you are under 40, be prepared to be treated like a child. The staff can be overly aggressive when trying to take your order and intentionally so when it comes time to pay.
During my recent visit to Newtown Square Wine and Spirits, I encountered a very rude older woman cashier wearing glasses, rubber gloves, and a mask. She demanded, "Look at me and show me your ID." Reserva una mesa ahora
Always a great selection and friendly staff, can often find some unique things and good deals in their clearance wine section as well!
The service was fantastic with a great selection to choose from. They assisted us in selecting cases of champagne, aperol, and rosé.
