The shop was empty around 7pm which you'd think they'd be happy for custom! The 2 girls in the shop did not seem welcoming AT All, no smiles no customer service! The seats were filthy and the menus were sticky! When seated the lady did not tell us we would have to order at the till, and was frowning and showed attitude when asked if she would take our order. Then another lady at the back said she told us (from behind the counter out of sight) that we'd have to go to the till. No one smilled all night!! THEY PLAYED EXPLICIT MUSIC WITH SWEAR WORDS IN EVERY VERSE even though my 12 Yr old sister was dining with us! The cakes were very dry and not worth the money and for the extra payment for cus...
Would never order from here again! Ordered at 5:45 when the order came at 7pm it was incorrect. I was told I would have to have a discount next time. I said I either want a refund or the correct order sending out. 9:15 and the order still hasn’t been sent out, even after multiple phone calls and speaking to the manager and being told at 8:15 it would be the next one out and said they would cancel the order online. Really poor customer service, will no longer be coming here! Quite disappointed as we have been here a few times with no issues but this has completely put me off, will be going elsewhere
The worst desert place in Walsall. Me and my wife thought we’d try somewhere different and this place seemed to look good with all their photos etc Ahahah Joke was on us. Food was delivered cold, tasted like something you could by from your local Asda. The delivery driver was on drugs or something and literally ran away to his car and sped off. What a disgusting disappointment! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I shall be reporting this to trading standards for consumers. I’m not even going to ask for the money back cause I think they’re going to need it to take lessons in how to make a decent desert.
the shop phoned me to tell me i needed to meet delivery downstairs however with my infant son, i wasnt leaving a under 1 yr old alone in a flat. bloke said on the phone its either you leave him in the flat and come down or cancel. was very rude over the phone. didnt even know where they were going either. cookie dough double choc was cremated and drizzled in choc to make it look ok. crepe and waffle was great , cookie dough and service= revolting Reserva una mesa ahora
Sadly, this place was really disappointing. The location is pretty and the actual place is fine and the staff too but the food is cheap quality- fake chocolate and quite childish. Such a shame because it has such a lot of potential. Far better dessert places in Walsall where, for the same price, you can get really decadent and delicious food as well.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. This establishment is awful. Our food took over 90 minutes to arrive after we placed our order, and it was cold, undercooked, and soggy. It seems like we got lucky compared to other reviews. There are much better dessert options in town, so we won't be returning here.
