I had the great opportunity to discover this business during my efforts in finding a fishing charter during my stay in Victoria. After finding a charter for a 1 day outing, the weather ended up canceling it, so we decided to ensure our luck and bring some West Coast seafood back to Alberta. We were able to select portion sizes for our fish, (Halibut,Salmon sablefish and managed to throw in some extra goodies like frozen spot prawns and 'in house ' smoke salmon. We had no issue 's in asking for our order to be ready and secure for our flight back home the next day. Upon pick up the fish was individually vacuumed packed, tight seals and labeled, and flashed frozen rock hard, packed enough fish...
