My feedback is straightforward. The reason for our disappointment, which led to a 3-star rating, is primarily due to our server's response after we discovered parchment paper in our food. While he did apologize, he failed to take the initiative to offer any kind of compensation or clarification regarding the parchment paper that my friend accidentally ingested. He didn't acknowledge the situation with phrases like, "We're sorry about your experience; we will offer you..." or even something as simple as, "We will ensure this doesn’t happen again." Is that really too much to ask? We expected more proactive communication from the staff, as it's crucial for a restaurant to engage with its cust...
We started our meal with hummus and pita, which was good. We decided to share a prawn souvlaki dinner, as the portion sizes had been generous in the past. To our disappointment, the meal consisted of just two prawn skewers, and the portions of rice, potatoes, and vegetables were quite small. Additionally, the meal did not come with Greek salad or pita, which had always been included in the past. When we expressed our disappointment to the waitress, she informed us that other customers had complained about the previous portion sizes being too large, so they decided to cut back. It?s so beautiful there, really friendly and disciplined staff. The chicken souvlaki was great. Lamb shank was a over priced. Three star because the potatoes were super salty, a pinch of salt is understandable but this much of salt was a surprise forsuch a well rated restaurant. I had a good experience because it represents Greece but probably not the best choice of food fora Greek restaurant. They can do better on the dishes for such a great place, but the tase was not extraordinary. The menu wasprinted on regular piece of paper by a default font Microsoft word, absolute minimum effort, really?! It needs a better one.
The restaurant has a charming decor and ample seating options. The food exceeded my expectations, with the Greek ribs and ekmek being particularly outstanding—fresh and delicious (it's not easy to get ekmek just right). The service was warm, inviting, and efficient; there was no wait for a table despite not having a reservation around 6 PM. Our server, John, was pleasant, attentive, cheerful, and very helpful. I was truly impressed with this restaurant! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was outstanding! I ordered the lamb chops cooked medium rare, and they were the best lamb chops I've ever tasted! The cooking and seasoning were absolutely perfect. We also shared the flaming mozzarella as an appetizer, which was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend dining here—you won't be disappointed, I promise!
