I recently visited Finkle Street Tap and Grill, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I sat at the restaurant for a good 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. No one offered water, greeted me, or provided a menu. It felt as if I was invisible, and it's hard not to wonder if it was because of my skin color.I observed the waitstaff being polite and attentive to other customers, which made the situation even more disheartening. There is an air of elegance to the welcoming atmosphere of Finkle Street Tap Grill. My husband and I were in town for our anniversary with our 2 daughters. We shared the 'Artichoke and Spinach Dip ' between the 4 of us. It was delightful and disappeared from our plates quickly.Our entrees followed course in a timely manner. So disappointed. Reservation was 5:30 pm. Had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. Totally unacceptable and had a set of 3 yr old twins. They got their food and were all finished and we were still waiting. Pasta was delicious but my husband and son had the burgers and were not impressed. Jug of water on table was room temperature. No ice! Complained to manager about waiting over 1.5 hour for food and she said she would do something. Got our bill, paid and told her on way out we were very disappointed. Quality food and service in a nice location. Plenty of parking and centralized part of Woodstock. I liked this place alot. I decided to sit indoors although there is an outside patio. Service was warm and friendly, very attentive. As an appetizer I had the Prosciutto wrapped bocconcini. Highly recommend and can why see this is a favourite of many. I decided on the Lobster Fettuccine and was not disappointed. Very flavourful and paired well with Laurent Miquel 'Vendages Nocturnes ' French white wine. Tried the Finkle Street Tap Grill in celebration of our wedding anniversary. The service, food, and atmosphere was spectacular! Our server Victoria was very polite, friendly, attentive, and funny. The added touch of serving a sample of complimentary tea was unique and special. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bruschetta with tomato, onion, garlic, basil, herbs, and balsamic glaze, the NY Striploin served with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and sauteed mushrooms, and the Fried Cheesecake with wild berry sauce, icing sugar, and whipped cream. My girlfriend and I randomly tried this place out tonight, to say that I was pleasantly surprised would be a vast understatement. We started out with the Prosciutto wrapped bocconcini, then we shared the Seared sea scallops and Tuna tartare. For mains, I had the Lobster Fettuccine with Jumbo tiger shrimp, and my gf had the Duck. Everything presented excellently and was cooked to perfection! The overall balance of every dish we had was astounding. Will definitely be back to try out more of the menu here. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Saw the prime rib pizza and had to go for it. Pizza was great, the free tea they brought over was very nice, and the service was quick. Maybe a bit expensive for lunch but high quality food for sure, a nice upscale experience. Our server Katie was attentive and friendly!

The waitress Tera is fantastic and the food is amazing at this restaurant. Be sure to try the jerk chicken tacos and the fried chicken!
