As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the smoky aroma in the air. It wasn't overpowering, but as someone who appreciates a good smoky flavor, I could tell right away that they use quality wood for smoking. I ordered the Pit Sampler and the pulled pork, which paired wonderfully with the chopped beef, but the real standout of the plate was definitely the ribs.
These ribs had a gorgeous bark thanks to the exquisite rub, and the bite was just right—cooked to perfection! If you find yourself in Dumont, do yourself a favor and visit Finks for an incredible BBQ experience. Next time, I’ll make sure to go on a day when they serve brisket!
Always a great time! I had a surprise party last night for my sister and it was brilliant! Can't thank Alex and the staff enough for a great evening and what will be beautiful memories! Alex was super helpful during the planning stages until the end of the night. Great food and drinks with a very professional and helpful staff! Look forward to going back to dinner soon and will definitely be all future meetings there! Recommend this place to anyone for a drink or a party. Delicious food, wonderful service. They had run out of the baby back ribs (get there early! but the combination platter is not to be missed. Skip the greens if you don't like them really spicy, but definitely try the pinto beans with pork and garlic, the Texas-style potato salad, and the beer cheese (hint: pour it on your french fries. Just plan to atone for your caloric sins at the gym for a few days following your visit!
This is some of the best BBQ I've ever had! The end cut beef was so tender that you hardly needed a knife. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, perfectly balanced. The coleslaw was also one of the best I've ever tasted. If you're looking for authentic BBQ, Fink is definitely the place to go!

We ordered two different combo plates along with some sides and an appetizer. The portion sizes are generous, so we were able to take some of the delicious leftovers home. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. This is a place you must try—don’t hesitate!
