Fire Wings Fair Oaks

Last night I ordered 20 pieces online, which was pretty good as I am a loyal Wingstop customer, but my guys in work said, try FIRE WINGS so I did and food was good. I arrived on time to pick up order, but it was still 10 minutes, but no big deal was told. While waiting for me, although the 3 chefs in the kitchen had a good time to hear some inappropriate rap music with profanities, my child cannot hear yet and cuddle any other word until the employee finally said that they are calm. When I finally got my order after waiting for 20 minutes, I thanked her for coming up and telling them that this is not a party, but a job!

These reviews are purely for service and repeated lack of food we had ordered. The wings and taste selection are really strong (although the chicken wings and boneless have become considerably smaller in the last 6 to 9 months). In our last 3 orders we were missing items, even tonight, when we had none of the two great cheeseries we had ordered. I know we should check twice, but we asked, and we're sure they were in there and they didn't. It is a ongoing problem and felt that a review and assessment was finally justified.

Food quality is not what it used to be. The lobby is always empty. When Alex was the manager, I had no complaints, now the food is always dry or missing items skipping on chicken, used to drink a welcoming atmosphere where I would spend on Thursday. I sat at a table today to wait for food and the top of the table was so crisp I am confused as it stands. It is regrettable that I do not return because it was a weekly lunch break for me.

That's the second time I'm messy and they're giving me bones. It even says boneless on the entrance. But the flavors are still good. My orders were never messed up before, but now? ve was crushed every time.

There is a long blonde piece of hair in my food. The bigger issue is the fact that I?m trying to call them back and no one is answering. I will absolutely never eat at this place again
