how many of the reviews here I can say that this place was a very good facility earlier, but since then it has diverged. this place has been getting worse when I'm here. my last and last, time I ordered a 10 pieces buck-in combo. the order lasted about 20 minutes to make what was a little long, but I could pass it in the rule of them as I knew they took quite long. I got my order and went to my car to check the order and realized that the fry container was much smaller than before, so I was quite upset about it. but the worst was when I came home and checked the wings I should do as soon as I got it. This ratings is purely for the service and repeated missing of food we'd ordered. The wings and flavor selections are really strong (although the chicken wings and boneless pieces have gotten considerable smaller in size in the last 6 to 9 months). In our last 3 orders we were missing items, including tonight when we didn't have either of the two large cheese fries we ordered. I know we should double-checked but we did ask and we're assured they were in there and they weren't. It's an ongoing issue and felt that a review and rating were finally warranted.
The quality of the food has really declined compared to what it used to be. The lobby always seems deserted now. When Alex was the manager, I had no complaints, but now the food is consistently dry or missing items, like chicken. I used to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and would often spend my Thursdays there. Today, while waiting at a table for my food, I noticed the surface was quite sticky, which left me puzzled. It's unfortunate that I won't be returning, as this used to be my regular lunch spot each week.
I am so displeased with this location it has to be the worst one nearby. We will start with me ordering two ranches because I always do and paying 50cents extra, and they somehow only include one?? The wings are extremely soggy, and also I order extra wet, like I always do for 25cents extra and they’re very dry. This location cannot follow instructions and makes the worst wings out of all the fire wings. I could not recommend this fire wings to anyone. Go to a different location and I’ll never go back here.

food quality is not what it used to be. the lobby is always empty. when Alex was the manager, I had no complaints, now that eating is always dry or missing items, about which he was pouring, was a welcoming atmosphere, where I would get drinks on Thursday. I sat at a table today to wait for food and the top of the table was so wobbly I am confused as it is still standing. it's a pity that I don't return because it was a weekly lunch break for me.
Placed an online order recently. They were out of a few things including coleslaw, how do you operate a wings restaurant and be out of a key side and nothing to sub. Another item that is on the online ordering platform is not served at this location, fried pickles. Poor service as well. I have called a few times since and no one pickels up. Appears to be a location/owner issue. The Howe location is always great!
before one of my Fave spots. they removed every single beer on hahn except coors light and perhaps another. my wings just came saturated in oil and the pommes were not completely boiled. it looks like there are new peculiarities and they don't know what they are doing. back to bww for me!
They don't answer tgere phone at all! Had to drive in to make a order and asked about them not answering the phone they told me was not working yet they answered as I was there! Foods awesome but get ur **** together

These guys, especially Daniel, had such great customer service. It was unbelievable. They know what they're doing and the crew know how to take care of customers. y'all got a good crew
