"I just realized this week that brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday. The brunch menu is limited but the food was delicious. We had the bacon and egg brioche and the steak and egg bowl. I visited the restaurant today for the first time after hearing about their delicious devilsei. While they were good, they didn't quite compare to my grandmother's recipe! I ordered a steak entrée based on the recommendation of my very professional server, Jarrod. I usually prefer my steak well done, but I decided to try medium instead. Unfortunately, it came very red in the middle and quite tough. Jarrod promptly came to check on me, and I shared my dissatisfaction with him. He quickly involved the manager, Tamara, and they took the steak away, allowing me to choose something else from the menu. Party of 4 for Mother's day, the atmosphere is very nice I will say. The appetizers which I posted were delicious, the drinks were pretty good and the dessert was delicious. If you are there for entrees, just go to McDonald's. My steak was cold and DISGUSTING, it only came with 1 side so my $26 plate look darn near bare. My daughters stripped bass was so dry and lacked flavor. Her fish BOWL was close to $30. My son's $21 BURNT pineapple chicken KABOBS were BEYOND dry and the sauce tasted like pineapple juice...not a glaze, JUICE!! This is currently my favorite restaurant! I adore their unique burger salads, which are always fresh. It’s also the only place I get chicken pasta, and it has the perfect amount of heat! Their drink specials are fantastic, and I really appreciate the seasonal selection. The customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone because it's truly amazing. The cleanliness of the restaurant, including the bathrooms, is impressive. You really feel like you're on vacation here. A great spot to stop in for happy hour! It was a beautiful day so we opted to be seated in the outdoor section. There wasn't much of a crowd at the time of our arrival (330-4pm) which was nice but it did begin to pick up by around 5 pm. Our server was sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite dish was the Crunchy Cauliflower which ended up being more than enough, paired with the Everything Pretzel. While I was expecting a little more from the pretzel, given the name, it was still satisfactory. Maybe even one of the best pretzels I've ever had, if I'm being honest. This place is a nice change of pace for the casual Americana restaurants in the area. Plenty of interesting menu options including a wide variety of steaks, salads and burgers. We tried the Cheesesteak egg rolls, tots, the Roasted Garlic Sirloin and nothing disappointed. The creme brulee cheesecake helped make the perfect exiting impression, all coordinated by our subdued waitress Rachel, who was responsive and attentive.
The bar has an upscale ambiance, featuring a lovely outdoor seating area. Their happy hour specials are quite affordable compared to other places nearby, lasting until 7 PM. We all had a great time, although the medallions in the New Orleans butter sauce didn't quite hit the mark for us. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant conversation.
I was skeptical to go for the previous reviews. At 7/15 in the restaurant. Had a very good experience. Had?t reservations, there were about 40 minutes waiting for a table for 2. The wings ordered for an appetizer and they had a good taste and were hot! Food was good and didn't take long to get out. Our server was Kyle, cried out. He was a great server. I'm back!
