I'm giving this amazing place 4 stars because as amazing as it has been my whole life, I have some issues. I understand as a business, employees reflect your business, a few times I have had weird looks, and I felt slightly uncomfortable about that. Not only that, but they have messed up a few items in the past, and it has upset a couple of family members, because you want a treat the same as me, and then you open it up and find out it's not what you ordered. Another issue I have, the staff has had some nasty remarks or comments, some under the breath murmurs, or any quips as they turn their head away, thinking you won't hear them. This location is found on the corner of a somewhat busy highway. The parking lot is large but limited parking so you may need to get creative with where your car is. They have some outdoor seating as well to enjoy. The menu is displayed on the windows ranging from ice cream to milk shakes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if I missed a sign or if it wasn't displayed at all but they only take cash no card. This was a bit frustrating as I never carry cash and the ATM on the side of the building takes an extra amount out for fees. Pretty great ice cream place that's been around forever! Friendly staff, but they sometimes forget some part of your order. Funny story, I used to go here 30 years ago to get hot fudge sundaes with wet nuts for my grandmom...they frequently forgot the wet nuts and she would be livid like it was the end of the world. So I went there the other day and got the same order in memory of my grandmother, and don't you know they forgot the wet nuts! She must have been laughing up in heaven about that!

Awesome spot for custard and water ice! The ice cream is thick, sweet, and creamy. It?s a great value. I could barely finish a small gelati. The people working at the window provided fantastic customer service and were so friendly. The only downside is that there?s a small parking lot which is crowded since it?s so good! There?s only three benches out front to sit. Overall, one of the best soft serve spots around! Can?t wait to return.

Great ice cream but poor customer service. I was in line at night and a teen girl shut the light off.She said we are closed! Very rude!
