If the server makes a mistake how to order the wrong food, they must say I'm sorry especially. It really helps to unravel the mistake. I ordered the spinach and salmon salad. When it was delivered to the table, it was a regular salad with salmon. I said something to the runner. She said I think they ran out of spinach, but I'll see. Our server appeared, never apologized ever) and offered to get the right salad, but asked if it was okay to pick up and use only the salmon. I said no. I'd like what I ordered. So we wait until my salad appears. My husband wouldn't eat without me. I asked the server what happened and she says I haven't met the wrong key yet. The manager finally came by and offere...

Had lunch here with my girlfriend and the staff was very nice. Our food arrived very quickly and was very good. Our server also kept coming to our table to ask if we needed refills on our drinks and told us we could stay as long as we wanted to continue our visit. I have eaten here before and love this restaurant I will definitely return.

The prime rib sliders and side wedge salad was good and the service was good, but not great. I rated service 3 stars because our server wasn't as attentive as I would have liked and he gave us the wrong check at the end of our meal. I will return to Firebirds when I visit the Morrorstown area again in the future.

Service was good enough, our server was very busy another server working in another station to keep the excellent service. Always an easy, dependable spot. Food quality is always high. Service is attentive. Good for a burger, chicken, salad...and the comp bread.
