Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Orange Village

I haven't been to Firebirds in a few years and maybe this was an isolated experience, but the restaurant seems to have gone downhill. The service was poor, at best. We waited quite sometime to just be greeted. Our drink orders were taken and then we waited some more. Finally, when our order was taken, we ordered an appetizer, meals and responded yes when asked if we would like some bread. Our entrees came before the bread (after asking two more times) and never received our appetizer. I had ordered a diet coke and never received a refill and wasn't asked it I would like one. I would have asked, but the server never came back to check in on us, except to finally bring us bread. She came to us...

The hostess on the front desk was not particularly enthusiastic to see us. The server who showed us to our table was nice enough but again not very enthusiastic. The tables are too close together, plus it feels more like a company canteen than a restaurant. No decorations, candles, anything. Our server was sweet, attentive and efficient. Our food was good, and portions a good size. I echo the other comments here that it’s not very clean and employees seem to be walking through the restaurant with trash bags. Although the food was good the ambiance (non existent) , feel and professionalism do not match the prices. We won’t visit again.

no one who sits us for over 5 minutes. once sitting server was not in the hurry to see us. she was very incalient to serve us.” Merchandiser stood next to our table to write something and felt like we were under a microscope. that was our second time here, fortunately this was a little better. at least we didn't go out like the first time. they never came to our table. we ordered burger medium well and they were both rare, but tasteful. we will not be back.

my food was cooked. my replacement macartomas were flamed up, which made them cold underneath. my waiter replaced my order by a new one and remained professional throughout. Reserva una mesa ahora

I got it for date night. eating was amazing. it was a bit loud and bright, but otherwise it was okay.
