RED The Steakhouse Pinecrest

We waited for 20 minutes for our server to come by. The food was good, but not as good as some of the nearby steak restaurants. It was also expensive for what we received. We may consider going back in the future, but it is not a top priority. The restaurant was better when it was located in Beachwood.

This restaurant is a far cry from the one on Chagrin and Richmond. The atmosphere felt impersonal and lacking character. The food was disappointing and the majority of the staff were unhelpful, except for our server who was lovely.

The food was great My husband consumed his whole steak which was unheard of for him, lol ! I didn't care for the crab cakes . They tasted corn mealish to me. Our server Joe was very good !

Excellent service as well as food. The wine list is excellent as well. Ambiance is lacking. Location is easy and valet parking makes arrival seamless.
