Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Richmond Belvedere

Arman (sp) our server was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. The drinks were good. The food was mediocre. My husband's burger was cooled off when he received it. My ribs were over cooked and actually crunchy at one end. The au gratin potatoes, while tasty, were gray and not very appetizing to look at. People eat with their eyes first. The couple we were with, her steak, ordered medium rare was much closer to rare. The other gentleman had the prime rib and was happy with his order.

Waiter, Papalito sp) was great. He was attentive, answered all questions, not pushy or rushing, and very nice. The place smelled great. The seating was very nice. Whole atmosphere was great. Everyone very polite and respectful. Will be going back.
