Firebirds Wood Fired Grill West Des Moines

Firebirds was the location of the first date with my current partner and we just celebrated our 4 year anniversary! So for our anniversary we went back to Firebirds and the food and drinks were delicious, but the best part was the staff. Our waitress was super nice and when she heard it was our anniversary, she brought us a card signed by most of the staff to wish us a Happy Anniversary as well as a vase of flowers (to take home) and a small dessert for us to split. It was the sweetest thing and we appreciated it so much. We decided to make Firebirds our official go to restaurant for our anniversary. Always a wonderful experience!

If you can snag a booth, it’s totally worth it. My first time here, four of us got different salads and wine. My second time, I ended up with salads and tots (balance, amiright?! . The steak salad is absolutely top notch and worth a trip. Pace of dining is as slow or fast as you want. My friend and I were left to chat long after our food was done without any grief. Definitely an easy spot to grab a bite if you’re staying at the Hyatt place or any of the Jordan creek area hotels.

The food was delicious. Server took very good care of us and had the perfect risking for checking on us and refilling drinks. The Pick Two deal is an AMAZING deal. The chicken sandwich was full sized and came with a magnificent and truly fully loaded baked potato. The fruit cup side was a generous size and the burger was cooked exactly to order. Lovely clean restrooms, good atmosphere. Price is standard for any sit down restaurant.

I think that was one of my favorite steak elections I've ever had. I have the garlic Sirloin Steak with Parmesan potatoes and it was so good. The taste was ineffective, steak was tender and no pieces of unwanted fat on it. Anyway, it'll be back.

Firebirds is characterized by quality, and celebrities are always unforgettable, but Geoffs service has surpassed everything during this experience!
