1 Star (would give 0 if possible). Absolutely appalling experience. I went last week to pick up a takeout pizza and actually saw a *rat jumping* near the counter—right where they prepare the pizzas! When I mentioned it to the staff, the girl nonchalantly said, “It’s common here, don’t worry.” Seriously? This level of hygiene and service is unacceptable. Are we expected to risk our health because of this? Completely intolerable. I’m stunned this place is allowed to serve food. Definitely will never return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Takeout service: Poor Parking: Very difficult to find spaces

Firecrust Neapolitan Pizzeria is one of the top pizza spots in Vancouver. I love that you can load your pizza with unlimited toppings for only $13. There’s a great variety of toppings to pick from, and I usually go for about 20 different ones. Delicious! The staff are always friendly, smiling, and eager to help. I make sure to visit at least once a week.
