I feel this location after visiting several has the best customer service, always greeted upon entering and store very clean. I also feel that even when they are busy service time per order is very good and out of at least 30 times my order has only been wrong once and the person was new so give a little slack on that but someone else should've made sure. I've tried more than half the menu, really like the italian and the beef brisket the best. The restroom is always very clean too in my experience. They also have area too dine in, do call ahead ordering, online ordering and always ready when I arrive. I also like how at the register they will ask if you want to round up for charity and ever...
I stayed here on the way back from a field trip, and I can honestly say that the staff were some of the kindest and most caring people I've ever encountered. Even though I was feeling unwell, they went out of their way to be understanding and allowed my students to wait until another chaperone could pick them up. They made sure the students were alright and provided support whenever necessary. I can't recommend this place highly enough based on how well they treated us during a challenging time.
I stopped there on the return trip during a field trip, and these people were the kindest, loveliest people that I ever met. Despite me being sick, they were understanding and let my students wait there for another chaperone to pick them up, making sure that they were okay and assisting them when needed. I cannot recommend these guys enough based just on how they treated and helped us in a tight spot.
Well, it's gets three as they were out of salad and I went for a salad. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe it's their norm. However, I didn't eat there so my rating is based strictly on me wasting time in line.

It's been awhile, but it is very consistent no matter which location you visit. I had a medium Italian with chips and a drink...I added a packet of Duke's mayo. It was very good!

Tried Firehouse subs for the first time and I don’t feel like I’ve missed anything. The engineer sub was average. Prefer Jersey Mike’s any day.
