This restaurant truly shines in every way. The food is exceptional, deserving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. I was especially impressed by the New York Steamer, which I highly recommend you try. The service was excellent as well, with attentive and friendly staff that made the takeout experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, making it a welcoming spot even for takeout. Overall, this place is an excellent choice for dinner!
This is my second visit to this restaurant, and both times my sandwich was made incorrectly. With only a 30-minute lunch break, I don’t have time to go back and fix their mistakes. I won’t be returning here or to any other location in the chain, as my experience has been very disappointing. I would much rather go to Subway, Jersey Mike's, Sub Station II, or any other place before coming back here.
I've always appreciated dining at this restaurant, but there's one aspect that occasionally bothers me: sometimes the staff appears indifferent towards their jobs. As someone who works in customer service, I feel it's vital to be friendly and approachable with all customers, regardless of how your day is going.
I ordered a sandwich from Firehouse Subs two days ago, and it was delicious, made just the way I wanted. I've been to five different Firehouse Subs locations in Columbia, and this one stands out the most. The staff and management clearly prioritize excellent customer service. A big thank you to Maria for her exceptional service and the tasty sub. I can't wait to visit again soon.
The staff was friendly and attentive. For takeout dinner, the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the New York Steamer and the Philly Cheese Steak.
Every time I go to Firehouse Subs, I always get the Hook and Ladder combo. The one I had at this location was the best I've ever tasted! The staff was friendly, and my sandwich was made quickly. I highly recommend this Firehouse location!
