The gluten-free bread is by far the best option I've come across, and I'm really pleased that it's available. However, it only comes in a small size, and like most gluten-free products, it's quite pricey. While I understand this is to be expected and I'm not really complaining about the cost, I was disappointed by the portion. I ended up with just a small piece of bread with only a very thin layer of meat. For $12, I was hoping for a bit more.
I ordered firehouse from Doordash and they left half of my stuff out of the order. I called the restaurant to find out why I didn't get my order and the guy who just answered the phone was very rude and his answer was to say Is there anything else? And laid on me! Great customer service.
The best sandwiches and subs, hands down. Love the reward app and online order is simple and convenient. I love being able to customize my order and they get it right every time.

Friendly helpful engaging staff. Quite clean and well maintained. Food was great. I enjoyed their meatball sub. Will be frequenting more often.
Take out food was good as always fast service.I always have sandwiches that are not on the menu they are always nice about doing that.
