Listen, the service here is INCREDIBLE! My dad has an allergy and they made sure to give him everything fresh and nothing from the line. I swear for that reason alone, he ate here for about 3 days straight! LOL! It was fresh tasting and yes, Firehouse is pricey, we all know that, but its worth the money because it tastes good as well! This location is the ONLY location I will visit! 1211 38th Ave N! Thank you all for the great service and food!
Once a year because of time constraints or convenience I eat here. Once a year I feel like I got ripped off. A lot of money for not a lot of food. I?m still hungry and I?m not some crazy heavy person I?m average size. 15 dollars I better be full! Everything else is fine, the workers, cleanliness, etc. I feel like this is just like Quiznos and I don?t know how they are in business.
I consistently enjoy my visits to Firehouse Subs, but this location had slower service than usual. On the bright side, the staff were extremely polite. I recognize that it's tough to find enough workers these days; maybe the franchise should look into offering higher wages!
