Firehouse Subs Grant St

I ordered a sub for takeout without deli mustard. First of all, it took 20 minutes to receive my order, and when I got home and took a bite, I found deli mustard all over my Hook and Ladder sub. I called to address the mistake, but I was told I would have to go back to the restaurant to fix it, which I declined. They said they would send me a coupon for a free sub, but I will wait and see if it actually arrives. Additionally, I noticed there was no pickle included. Overall, I give this place an F rating. I usually go to the location on 144th because it is much quicker and they deliver what was promised.

We actually came to this place that intended to go to another restaurant, but the outside of Firehouse Subs tried to change our minds and try it out. First timer to Firehouse Subs we had no idea what to expect. Fantastic decor, attentive, friendly and hard staff. The best subs we had at the age! Our order was made to perfection and so tasty we make Firehouse our new regular place for our sub sandwich guests!

I ordered 2 medium smokehouse cheddar sandwiches and the meat was very dry, they put very little bbq sauce on the sandwiches, asked for pickles and didn't get them, and ordered 2 large mac and cheese that were only half full, very disappointing and I spent $30, very expensive for for a couple sandwiches

I frequent this firehouse restaurant often. The atmosphere is always great, but I had to deduct a star because sometimes when I place an online order, it is either ready 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after the estimated time, resulting in a soggy sandwich on occasion. Reserva una mesa ahora

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at this restaurant. We came for lunch and my son accidentally dropped his sandwich on the floor. The staff was kind enough to quickly replace it for us. Everyone was friendly and the dishes were delicious.

for some time, everything is good. as always, they've screwed up my orders lately. Unfortunately, the last two times I was here, you were wrong with the order. I think I could take a little break now. if they're double check here, they're commanding.

Firehouse subs are above and beyond the best! Only reason for docking a star is because I was very disappointed they didnt offer a military discount. All other locations have done a free drink or something.

Teenage kids not always the best but the management makes the difference here obviously training well, keeping store very clean. While many others in the food industry are failing this store is thriving. Reserva una mesa ahora

really great place! best gluten-free sub I ever had and I am added to the hook and ladder the best sandwich ever with paprika gurken and green paprika free! so a deal. and very friendly staff!
