Firehouse Subs Maitland

I eat at other Firehouse subs frequently and avoid this store because of ongoing problems. I went to Jimmy Johns across the street and they were closed on Sun. Decided to try this store once again ordered 2 12 inch sub combos. 1 guy working Sun afternoon with a crowd because of the farmers market. order took awhile but ok one guy working. Here is my beef 12 in sub has at the most 9 in of meat and toppings YOU PAY FOR AND GET 1 1/2 IN OF BREAD ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SUB. Then I remembered my other visits this store is stingy with their meat. 28.00 for 2 12 in combos and where is the meat. Altamonte store next to Wendys is just as bad.

Last week, some of my co-workers waited 59 minutes for their subs at this location. However, I didn't let that deter me and decided to give it a try myself. I opted for online ordering to avoid any potential delays. I ordered an Italian sub, but when I arrived 15 minutes later, it still wasn't ready, and I had to wait again. Once I got back to the office and took a bite, I realized they had forgotten to add any meat to my sandwich. I've tried calling multiple times, but their phone is always busy, and I'm too swamped to go back in person. I would recommend steering clear of this place unless you're feeling very fortunate.

I recently visited this location with my son to take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday deal, and I have to say that there were several issues. Firstly, the place really needed air conditioning; it was quite uncomfortable. There were also flies buzzing around, which made it hard to enjoy our meal. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was no ice available, so our drinks were warm. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t return to this particular Firehouse Subs.

Today, I used my birthday coupon at Subway. I ordered a Turkish bacon sub with ranch dressing. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, which was a lovely surprise after a challenging week. They really brightened my day! When I got home, my sub was hot and fresh, with wonderfully soft bread and prepared just as I had requested. I can't wait to return, and I highly recommend this place. I always order the New York Steamer, minus the corned beef, with deli mustard and Italian dressing, and it's always delicious! They never disappoint! I highly recommend the New York Steamer!

I took my kids there on Wednesday night, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
