I frequently visit this fire department, but today I was truly impressed. They had a challenging afternoon when I witnessed a customer yelling at an employee. However, when it was my turn, the staff went above and beyond, despite their feelings. One of my orders was accidentally mixed up, and an employee named Kevin quickly came out to inform me about it! I was really impressed by his honesty and willingness to correct the mistake, especially considering the situation. The manager was also very friendly, handling all circumstances with prompt care. I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The place was impeccably clean, and they took great care to ensure everything was thoroughly sanitized. The only Firehouse Subs location I’ve been to that I think is even better is the one on Michigan Street and Delaney in Orlando. The staff there goes above and beyond. I used to work at the Christmas tree lot nearby, and they were always so accommodating to us hard-working folks, as well as everyone else who came in. I highly recommend this location, but if you find yourself in the Michigan and Delaney area, definitely give that one a try and let them know the Christmas tree lot crew...
Ashley was fantastic! She was lovely, and her smile and customer service were fantastic! Two other personnel assisted me with my order and were courteous and efficient. When I told Ashley at the front desk that it was my first visit to FireHouse Subs, she remarked, I 'm going to make your first visit to this FireHouse location the greatest ever! And she succeeded! I was sold even before she revealed the three cookie specials! I bought three chocolate chip cookies from her for my kids which they happily enjoyed. Thanks Ashley. -Deanna
Recently this location has gone down. I believe it has changed management and has become dysfunction junction you can see they are easily overwhelmed behind the counter. Just please quote me an accurate time and temporarily turn off your online orders if you cannot handle the business you are getting. I have limited time for a lunch break and this was frustrating.

I had dinner there, and it took about 15 minutes for my meal to arrive. I ordered the Cajun Chicken, and it was quite good.
