Firehouse Subs Northridge Center

The food is mediocre at best when prepared properly. I knew this when I came in to this location, but I was kinda in the mood for a bottom of the barrel, trash quality sandwich. However, the staff here is the problem, not the garbage cuisine. Garbage cuisine I can deal with, but bad customer service is unacceptable. If you want to be bad at customer service, your food needs to be much better. You can?t have bad food and bad service, stick to the bad food with good service, that?s your lane. Get your service a million times better and you will achieve full mediocrity like your founders wished for

Damn good sandwiches! This location is several dollars cheaper than stores in Louisville / Laffette and or Superior $15 vs $18.. This store was clean, the staff was friendly and the cured a bad case of Hangry at almost 9 a.m.; Tkx!

I always came here, I loved it. Now their sandwiches are very small, but more expensive. I suppose it's just another victim of the pandemic. I paid $13.37 for the sandwich below. I was hungry after that.

This place is delicious and helps to support our amazing firefighters. I always take the meatball Sub and occasionally, when I feel adventurous, I will get the spicy meatball. Love!!!

I waited 25 minutes for a little sandwich and had to go. Several other people waited when I came in and waited after I got a refund. Don't go here in a lunch hour!
