worst subs of my life. they make no attempt to actually make something edible. $10 for 2 slices of meat. no attention to the online instructions. plenty of competition for much better sandwiches at much better prices. much much worse than subway. ugh. disgusting owners keep posting responses to all the bad reviews but don't actually attempt to make anything worth your time. go somewhere else! Hey dumb owners, how about you actually make changes instead of just pretending to apologize to all the locals who just want you to leave our city instead of continuing to cheat honest people. you are a disgrace and no one should ever eat your food at any price

The food is mediocre at best when prepared properly. I knew this when I came in to this location, but I was kinda in the mood for a bottom of the barrel, trash quality sandwich. However, the staff here is the problem, not the garbage cuisine. Garbage cuisine I can deal with, but bad customer service is unacceptable. If you want to be bad at customer service, your food needs to be much better. You can?t have bad food and bad service, stick to the bad food with good service, that?s your lane. Get your service a million times better and you will achieve full mediocrity like your founders wished for

So we ordered some subs from here everything looked decent until I open my sub . Now I don?t know if someone special works there or if no one knows how to read a ticket but when you?re missing in whole adjustment on a sub that was supposed to have no ham with banana peppers and then trying to cover it up with the bacon. I ended up with extra ham sub sandwich to me this was the worst sandwich experience I?ve ever had . My suggestion is to make sure you watch them make your order because if you order it out it seems like they don?t care.

Ordered a footlong meatball sub with mushrooms, extra cheese, pepperoni, and no pickle. What I got was footlong meatball, no mushrooms, no pepperoni, I don't know if it was extra cheese, and there was a pickle. When I went online to look at our receipt it said that I had ordered two tuna sandwiches. I have never in my life ordered a tuna sandwich from Firehouse subs. Is that the Mandela effect? Awesome experience! Unfortunately lost our receipt so I couldn't do the survey online. Star was amazing! So helpful and kind. My mom has arthritis and moves very slowly. Star helped us get into the restaurant by holding my mom's hand. She took our order at the table and brought it right out to us. Never had service like that before. Food was delicious! Will definitely be back.

most obvious fireworks to my work. the thing is when someone coughs and make our food, they should be home when they are sick, they wear a mask when it allergies, or do not make eating at all and on clean duty with a mask. a cough can mean many things nowadays. He was also on the last Tuesday, but I thought I would try again. I will not return.

Damn good sandwiches! This location is several dollars cheaper than stores in Louisville / Laffette and or Superior $15 vs $18.. This store was clean, the staff was friendly and the cured a bad case of Hangry at almost 9 a.m.; Tkx!

This place is delicious and supports our amazing firefighters. I always receive the meatball Sub and occasionally, when I feel adventurous, I will get the spicy meatball. Love!!!

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and the 5 cheese mac n cheese is of high quality with a creamy texture!
