Firehouse Subs - Reserva de mesa

I love love love firehouse subs, one of my family's go to places. However, when we come to this location it's always dirty looking. Not something a broom wouldn't help make look 10 times better. I really could be ok with it if the location as busy. However, they're like 4-6 teenagers sit on their phones when we walked in with 1 customer sitting eating. We were in there probably 30 minutes while they were on their phone or talking to each together. I don't usually write reviews or do surveys unless the service is good. But this time I was just so irritated with sitting in a place and thinking I need to get up and get a broom and start cleaning it myself. ?

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered a club sandwich that was supposed to have turkey, ham, and bacon, but I only received bacon on bread. When I contacted them about it, they told me to reach out to DoorDash because they couldn’t help me. A simple offer of credit for my next visit would have been a better solution. This experience was truly disappointing. I had previously read a review on DoorDash where someone had a similar issue, but I didn’t think it would happen to me as well. I was mistaken. I recommend going to Subway, where you can watch your sandwich being made and ensure you actually get all the meat you ordered.

My family I recently stopped by Firehouse Subs in St George for the first time. I LOVED the design aesthetic to the place- with all the red white, brick firehouse decor! Super cute touches everywhere to make the whole design cohesive. As for the service, it was excellent. Friendly employees took care of us our hunger needs! ? We all loved our sandwiches also loved that Firehouse Subs gives back to the community by donating “Lifesaving Equipment” to Utah Public Safety Organizations. We will be back again recommend you give them a try today!

I love Firehouse Subs but today was exceptional. Not only did my online order only take about 5 min to make but I was able to run inside and request my sandwich be cut into thirds. I also asked Riley if I could pay for some extra pickles because my daughter is really sick and she wanted “Five pickles for lunch”. He said there was no extra charge for pickles and definitely came through. Great service today. Thank you so much! Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered via doordash. I was disappointed that the italian was not hot. It did not indicate on the online menu but was located amongst other sandwiches that were assumed to be warm. There was a second one listed among cold sandwiches so I assumed in error. The mac and cheese was tasteless and at 5.85 was a bigger disappointment. I won't do business there again.

I understand it was busy during lunchtime, but the floor was sticky and appeared to have not been cleaned in days. Additionally, we were missing a sandwich, and when it finally arrived, it was made incorrectly.
