This is a great little place to eat. Most of the food I would give 3 stars, so you have to try their 5 star enchiladas. They have all these different sauces and flavors. Suizas is a solid choice, but you won’t be disappointed with any other options as far as enchiladas go. We love sitting outside under the tree in spring or fall. Parking: Just be careful parking and pulling out in the dark. There are no street lights over the parking area. Kid-friendliness: Not especially kid friendly, but not bad for kids. Mine are 6-11. I come from Las Vegas, where the Mexican food is terrible. Everything at home is expensive, tasteless, and lacking character. My family and I decided to give this place a try on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised. The food had great flavor and was well seasoned. The rice was particularly delicious. I believe that the quality of the rice can be a good indication of a Mexican restaurant. The beans were just okay, they could have been better. The salsa also needs improvement. It was too watery and didn't cling to the chip. As someone who used to live in Texas and experienced amazing Mexican food, I would choose to eat here again over any other place in Vegas.
The Mexican food at this restaurant is excellent and authentic. Our server was amazing, the food was delicious, and the cozy atmosphere of this converted house makes you feel like a welcomed guest. I highly recommend trying the soft tacos, super nachos, carnitas, enchiladas mexicanas, green sauce, rice, and beans. The price per person for lunch is $10-20 and the overall ratings for service, food, and atmosphere are all 5 out of 5.
It was a very busy time. We finally got our takeout and went home. I was so disappointed that my pork enchiladas had hardly any rice with it and very little beans as well which were very watery . one of the highest reviews in st. george. that's probably the best Mexican food I ever had. it is in an old house outside the bluff street and I was surprised. it is very authentic with great taste. the chips are bought and not good. they calculate for additional chips. the service was not great, but they are short staff and very friendly. I say, go back in a moment.
every visit to the St. george restaurants in irmitas casita is a must! eating is homemade tasty. I drank the salsa as a bowl because it's just so good. the family that operates it is so friendly and will stop visiting when allowed the time (depending on how busy they are.) we have enjoyed every visit and are looking forward to visiting future.
The absolute BEST chicken fajitas! The seasoning was perfect, the flour tortillas were delicious! And the beans and rice, I could eat every single day. Just delicious and I was sad when my meal was done. Definitely a spot to hit every time we are in St. George! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We were greatly disappointed by the food after reading reviews. The service was practically nonexistent, except for when they took our order. The salsa was watery. We definitely would not recommend this restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The dishes were wonderfully seasoned and bursting with delicious flavors. While I wasn't a big fan of the salsa, everything else on the menu was fantastic.
