The boy who took our order also made our sandwiches as well as two other orders while two girls took turns scooping ice into buckets and when it died down another boy and one of the girls came out to chat with their two friends giving them free drinks and then they both helped with an order that came in without washing their hands before handling the food and high fiving one of the friends over the counter with gloves on in the midst of making the customers sandwich. The girl taking our order at the register came across as very hostile. From the tone in her voice to the way she was pressing on the iPad aggressively. Making us feel extremely uncomfortable and like we were putting her out for clarifying the details of our order. The vibe of the restaurant was super off! Firehouse is one of my favorite restaurants and I wouldn’t be leaving this review if this was the first time this happened. But just last week on my birthday I went in for my free sandwich and I have a very similar experience with this exact cashier.
We are HUGE fans of Firehouse Subs! It's our family's top choice! Every sub is absolutely delicious. Their app is fantastic, offering rewards for using it. The cookies are delightful, and they serve the best pickles with their subs! We've always been impressed with their staff; they're friendly and upbeat. I especially appreciate that they remember me. The evening crew today did a wonderful job—very friendly, professional, and efficient. Our subs were perfect! If you haven't tried this place yet, you're truly missing out!

Got two side salads instead of the firehouse salad, with tomatoes my wife is allergic, I told them) of course no meat... Avoid this location, or really check your food before leaving. I brought that to their attention and they said that was their 'protocol. ' Beware no masks here while making your food.

For being short staffed there sure were a lot of employees standing around — We ordered 5 sandwiches and a salad and of the 6 employees only 2 were actually working. I felt bad for the lead young lady. She was trying to get things moving but, well, teenagers. The sandwiches and salad were good.

Sandwiches tasted good. Plenty of meat, but definitely not freaky fast. Only 2 employees, it took 25 minutes to get 2 Sandwiches. Pretty pricey,
Food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! Julie made my sandwich and she did an amazing job! Would give 6 stars if I could!
