I placed an order inside and received my receipt. They seemed to be short handed- many people waiting a long time and getting impatient- orders wrong for some customers. I could overhear a lady teaching a worker how to cut bread and make sandwiches. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and some grace but after 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed people that ordered after me were receiving their orders. After checking on the status of mine, I was told that it never went through and there was no record of it.I had to ask for a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer and was late to my next appointment because of the long wait and error. I came by Sunday at 6:30, ordered a turkey sandwich no bread with a bunch of veggie ingredients. I never said anything about cheese. I also said dill pickle spear which I didn't get. When I checked my order there was no turkey breast and shredded cheese was added. I went back inside to let them know I didn't want cheese. I spoke to two employees; one did confirm no cheese. When I checked the bowl again in my car they had added turkey but kept the cheese. Frustrating. One employee asked if I wanted hot or cold, she apologized and asked if I had a fork. The person at the cash register was friendly and they gave my kid a cute hat for free but I prob wouldn't return.
I love Firehouse Pastrami sandwich, but this location is horrible. Our order is never right. What we order is not what ends up on the receipt half the time, and then the way it’s made doesn’t match either. Topping end up on it that we asked to remove. Mayo when we say no mayo, and the receipt says no mayo. Double meat on the wrong sandwiches, I could go on and on. Try a different location.
This is place is the worst. I keep coming back because it’s close to work but then I remember how bad the service is. I like their subs but the employees don’t care about anything. Close it down and build something else or find some new employees. They are literally throwing food at each other and cussing while I’m typing this review.

Just ate here and had the worst what was suppose to be heated but was Cold Sub ever! They were not busy until after we came in and there was no syrup for about 8 different fountain drinks, no limes and where was the manager in the back probably on her cellphone again allowing the Teens to run the place!
The first sandwiches we got the meat was still frozen and cold. The person in charge of the meat just happened to go on lunch break when we took the sandwiches back. They weren't the friendliest employees. They all looked like kids in their that didn't care. Don't recommend this location at all.
We have been. Weekly customers for years. Yesterday we were very disappointed with our orderBother subs were mostly bread with a small layer of tuna and then other had very little meatIf this is the new way or making your subs, we will. Need to find another restaurant
Came before closing time and the store was closed already 10 minutes early! It's bad enough closing time is at 9:00pm. There should be no reason to close early with staff already mopping floors and food being put up before its their closing time!

We there tonight for dinner and ordered a Hero. There was only 2 other people there so not busy at all! Got home and has a pastrami with mayo only! So disappointing ? will not be going back.
