Firehouse Subs The Grove

At 2:00 a.m., there were three employees behind the counter. When I approached the register to order, two employees went away to empty a garbage and left me waiting. The one who lived behind the counter said someone was with me. After looking at the two associates about emptying the garbage, one of them looked waiting for me along with another customer in the line and had no sense of urgency to help. Usually you hold once a week and enjoy your sandwiches, but was on my lunch break with limited time and could not wait until your team take garbage instead of waiting for customers. Will try to eat somewhere else today. UPDATE came back for a late lunch today (8/24) and was welcomed immediately...

10 dollars for a small sandwich, just the sandwich, no chips or drink. Also, the bread is always water logged and soggy . No sandwitch is worth ten dollars if you have to throw half of it into the garbage can. JUST too expensive. This sandwich chain really needs to find a better way to heat the meat before placing it onto the bread. This problem is the norm for this and other firehouse sub shops. Chuck fil a is also way over priced but I can eat the entire sandwich every time without the bread resembling a wet sponge. Chuck fil a has my business exclusively now.

A small sandwich costs 10 dollars, without chips or a drink included. Unfortunately, the bread is always soggy and waterlogged, making it not worth the price. The sandwich chain needs to find a better way to heat the meat before assembling the sandwich. This issue seems to be common among this and other subshops. While Chuck fil a is also expensive, at least the sandwiches are not soaked like a wet sponge. Chuck fil a has now become my go-to place for sandwiches.

OMG won't eat here if your hunger. I had a little thought, it was about 6 inches like other sandwich shops, and when I got it, I thought they messed up and gave me child's meal. They said no that our little one was literally 2 1/2 inch three bites and it was $6. Come on, this place is a demolition. The medium is maybe 5 inches. Won? Reserva una mesa ahora

Beautiful and convenient location, but they seem short-handed or unable to handle a lunch brush because orders were far behind schedule. And the employee who welcomed customers when they came in did not say Welcome to Firehouse as most people do, but simply shouted firehouse that seemed a little disturbing.

I visited this Firehouse location for the first time and was impressed by the friendly and outgoing staff, who were even more welcoming than at my usual Firehouse spot. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, just as I always expect from this chain.

Friendly crew, order was made correctly. Fairly small for as many people as there was seating for, but what can you do about that? The side machine was funky, that was our only complaint. Firehouse Subs is absolutely delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora
