When booking asked for an outside table. When arrive told that there was no note requesting an outside table but no apology from Maitre d’ ushered to a table set for 4 entree quick an d tasty watched ?senior waiter stand around when 6or7 meals...waited to be taken to tables had to ask for fresh cutlery and when mains would come nobody asked if we required more water ,drinks or other while we waited.there were of course empty tables outside all throughout or stay food fantastic service from maître d’ and ??head waiter Appalling table waitress happy but not supported by senior wait staff
sent to fish dvine for men 54th birthday. ordered the seafood plate for 2. very expensive at $155 dollar. fish tasted as if it had come from a super market from the frozen section, do not utter fresh as they could taste the soles and they were...not attached to the dish, calamari was crumbed and tasted like gum, garne were muddy, the only positive was the cut salmon. far too expensive for what we have will not return.
We had the seafood platter for 2. Hands down best meal we have had. So fresh. Every bite was melt in the mouth amazing. Fantastic cocktails were a bonus. We didn't have a booking but were seated in the bar for a cocktail while we waited and it was lovely. The manager and staff there provided the best service we had in Airlie beach.
Not a bad experience but a mishap along the way serving 2/3 meals being served at first due to mishearing the order. As there were 3 people it should have raised a question of there were only 2 meal orders. Otherwise service was good. Bugs...were good but paring with the salad seemed a bit off. Chowder was very good.

have been distorted here and advised about eating .. so my friends brought here and eating was terrible and the service was not much better .many staff on all just stand around and embrace each other and not really worry about the guests.
we ate there for lunch and the food was very good. I thought to come back later in the week and was greeted by very rude external servants who were too busy talking so that we stayed for another place.
We dropped in for a quick lunch before catching our shuttle back to the airport Fish curry was very tasty huge portion we shared between 2, with a side of yummy garlic bread. Attentive staff
We visited a couple of time during race week. Enough to say we wouldn't have come back for seconds unless it was at least ok. Reasonable variation in dishes and cooked well. Big serves.

Was good value for money. An option could’ve been a choice of grilling the fish, and would’ve prefer the bugs hot. Fish was super fresh and would have it again.
The fish curry was the best curry I've ever eaten. The location was amazing and I loved sitting outside. Thank you for a lovely evening.
