I just wanted to stop by and praise you for not only your excellent service, but also for the amazing experience I had at your restaurant. Despite the place being extremely busy with Uber orders, walk-ins, and phone orders, your manager was exceptional. He was kind to the young staff members, taking the time to train them for success. He even asked an Uber driver to cancel a second delivery so the other customer wouldn't have to wait too long for their food. The sense of care and pride from him and the rest of the staff was truly remarkable. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I am so grateful I decided to stop in tonight by chance. Thank you!

We stopped in here, hoping to find a good fish shop. It was better than we could have ever hoped for! The food was fantastic, and the service was great. We were privileged to meet one of the owners, and she was a sweetheart! This is definitely one of the highlights of our whole trip. Thank you!

The locals in this area are truly fortunate. This restaurant is only an hour away from my home and just a half hour from my workplace. It is hands down the best, freshest, cleanest restaurant I have ever been to. This is the best place for fish and chips in Melbourne.
