Although the food Wes good we were a bit disappointed when we saw the menu prices seemed to be double of what we saw on line. That aside food and service was good. We had Chowder, the Taco Special and Clams And Muscles in a garlic broth. The bread they served with the clam/muscle entree was the best part of the eating experience. I found the Broth that the shellfish entree was extremely weak. Being from the East Coast I am used to my shellfish having a more fishy taste. The Clam chowder rated a 3.5 on a scale of 5 and the Tacos were fresh and I would recommend the shrimp over the blackened fish. I was a bit disappointed that our server did not offer complimentary bread.
This is a spot that needs a sixth star option, as it truly is about perfect for what I want in a restaurant. Casual appearance, friendly staff from top to bottom, prompt service and super amazing food. The oysters were perfectly shucked and fresh. My wife had a lobster Cobb salad and I had a salmon bowl and both were super well made. We came for lunch and it was busy but not packed on a Thursday. I imagine a long wait on a weekend. FishBar was a last-minute choice but we are so glad we decided to visit! Every dish we had was extremely well-flavored and seasoned. The seafood was very fresh and each dish felt well-balanced and unique. Our favorites were the coconut shrimp, the clams in garlic broth, the chipotle calamari, and the fried donuts. We will definitely be returning here in the future for the amazing food and excellent service!
AH-mazing! Mouth watering, melt in your mouth sea food! From the clam chowder soup to the posters and poke bowl, the freshness of every ingredient can be tasted with every bite. And the server Sammy and everyone working there had excellent customer service and ensured we were taken care of the entire time we were there. MUST GO!!

We love the Fishbar! They have the best New England clam chowder shrimp scampi, and my husband loves their steamed clams in the creamy garlic broth. Yummy! The atmosphere is casual but very nice and the staff is always great no matter who our waitress/waiter is. It's our go-to place for a night out to dinner!
Celebrated my friends birthday there last night. Made reservations easily. Plenty of parking in lot across the street. It is really nice inside, with a fun relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent. Both of us enjoyed our food and drinks and will definitely be back.
Excellent restaurant in Manhattan Beach. Great food. Great service. The place tends to be loud. Everything we had was delicious and prepared perfectly. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend. We will be back.
...if you are craving fresh seafood, this place has great eats. Good selection of fish, well prepared and has raw bar. Prompt service a d a lively atmosphere. Fantastic happy hour options and nice cocktails.
