The atmosphere at the restaurant was outstanding, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. However, the food left much to be desired, receiving a low rating for its quality. Unfortunately, the service was equally disappointing, as the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive to our needs. While the ambiance was a highlight, the overall experience was hindered by the subpar food and service.
I went to this location couole of weeks ago. Lots of seating space. I ordered online and went there for pick up. It took about 20 minutes to get the food and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a fountain soda. Very expensive. The sandwich didn’t taste good at all. Very bland. The location is in the mall with ither stores and restaurants. I regret wasting my money going there when I could go some other restaurants next to it. Parking: Free mall parking
I LOVE This location... these are the nicest folks. And so customer centric: you might pre order for pickup burgers and fries and the order is ready but they wait for you to come in and then scoop the fries so they don't get soggy! I mean ... cmon! That's so common sense awesome a little thing that makes my family and me BIG TIME happy. thanks for being such a thoughtful and talented crew. We LOVE this Five Guys. Food: 5

The food delivery was prompt and flawless, earning a perfect score. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying the Regular Fries and the Little Cheeseburger—they're delicious!
