I love Five Guys. This place is quality over quantity. There's no need for different types of burgers, just your old fashion burger, cheeseburger, and bacon cheeseburger. Then add whatever toppings you want for no extra charge. I order mine the same way every time, All The Way and add relish. It is delicious every single time. The fries are spectacular, and you get plenty. No need to order a large, you'll never finish it. Service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is consistently clean as well. Disastrous. We were the only people there for a take out order. The disorganization behind the counter was a site to see. Both burgers had the wrong toppings. Also, one had an undercooked patty. When the burgers were ready we had to wait for someone to make our shakes. This took a while as they kept handing over the duty to 4 other different staff members to make 2 shakes. We couldn't help but roll our eyes at the Quality Control table full of employees being trained while 6 people behind the counter fumbled with our order. Too bad we took our food home as we didn't find out that it was wrong until 20 minutes later.

Today, I decided to stop by for what I still believe are the best fries in Calgary, based on my frequent visits to the Deerfoot location. However, this particular location was disappointing. The fries were completely undercooked—pale, floppy, and unappetizing. To make matters worse, a regular serving here is the same size as a small at the Deerfoot location. At Deerfoot, the fries are perfectly deep-fried and crispy, while here they were a sad mix of cold and raw. Truly unappetizing. This was my third visit, and it's always the same lackluster experience. On the bright side, the burgers are at least decent.

I was here 3 times, usually I care how food looks like, how comfy to eat etc. I also care about what you get for the price (you full after or not). Anyway, this place is different. Burgers are not easy to eat, they looks not nice, you are not full after one burger… but the taste just go and try! It’s very good! Note, I not really like burgers because a lot of the reasons. We’ve been coming to this location of Five Guys for a few years. On this occasion, the burgers were good (as always) but the fries were a much smaller portion than usual and over cooked. It’s great to have those peanuts available for snacking.

Great staff, good fries, Burgers Burnt and with kraft cheese slices? All the advertising No preservaties and processed cheese nasty. Took my daughter for a treat. We didn 't even finish our burgers.Kid-friendliness: Nice staff

Awesome burgers period. No fancy gimmicks or dining area needed. Good quality ingredients and no shortcuts, make for a home cooked taste every time. Fries are legit, cut in house and not overly greasy. Never disappoints.

I had a fantastic experience here. However, be careful when ordering fries or a regular burger. The small fries, in my opinion, aren't really small. Nonetheless, they are still delicious!
