Eating at Goo is a must-try. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely go. And if you do happen to have a bad experience, it's likely not related to the food itself. Restaurants like this tend to have a consistent flavor, much like chains such as Chick-fil-A or McDonald's. My personal experience was fantastic. Even though there was no one at the register, the staff was diligently working on closing duties since it was nearing closing time. I ordered a shaker and fries. The fries were delicious, but I had requested Cajun seasoned fries and only realized it after I had left the restaurant. Normally, this would have resulted in a 4/5 rating. However, both I and another customer spoke to the cashier and the shaker staff, and they were both outstanding, making us feel warm, welcomed, and cared for. I could tell they genuinely wanted to do things right. This is the kind of service you can expect from Five Guys every time.
I've been to this restaurant twice since I moved here. My first visit was in the morning, and the experience was fantastic! The Spanish ladies prepared my order, and it was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I returned after 9 PM, hoping to have the same experience, but the same man prepared my order again from the day shift. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time. I’ve decided to stop ordering burgers here and will just stick to the fries!
This place has gone downhill. My burger was not made correctly the first time, so I came back and asked them to make it again. They acted like they didn't understand what I wanted even though the toppings were listed on the receipt. I asked them to add cheese on the next one because I forgot to ask before and the burger was sloppily put together in about 3 minutes with the cheese not even melted.

I did an online order and still had to wait. No one else was in line or waiting on an order. The guy put the fries on when I arrived to pick up my food. Then I heard employees fusing about how many people quit. I wish I would have eaten my burger there instead of waiting until l got home because half way through my burger had a lot of pink. I don't think I will return to this location.
The food was not packaged securely; it was simply placed in a greasy paper bag without any additional protection. I believe it should have been in a plastic bag as well. The fries were cold, and overall, I was not pleased with my order. I won't be ordering from this location again.
This location is kept very clean. The service is usually good. Their burgers are tasty and often served quickly. You can snack on peanuts while waiting for your order. It's pricey compared to must burger options but the portions are good, especially the French fries.
Dasher forgot to hand us the two Milkshakes but returned about 20 minutes later. Stuff happens. He was courteous and apologized. No problem. The food from 5 Guys was delicious as usual. Best burgers and fries.

Great burgers! The food is always delicious. But my clothes always smell like I was in a greasy, smoky kitchen after I was in there for more than 5 minutes.
The food was great and fresh! The fries were hot and they gave me a lot too! I will be back at some point! Thanks again for the positive experience!
